Built on advanced field-oriented control (FOC), the drive precisely regulates the PMSM magnetic field for fast dynamic response and flexible control. High torque at low frequency helps maintain efficient, energy-saving operation. Multiple protections—short circuit, overload, over/under-voltage, phase loss, speed mismatch, and more—ensure stable performance in continuous oil & gas field duty.
Supports local/remote control mode switching. With Ethernet, RS485, and optional wireless ZigBee interfaces, it forms an intelligent data network with SCADA centers, drives, and wireless sensors— enabling automated data acquisition, analytics, and remote control.
Configurable multifunction meters provide high-accuracy measurement and analysis of power consumption and operating conditions. Data can be uploaded in real time to support energy statistics, equipment health monitoring, and traceable O&M—serving as a solid data foundation for digital field operations.
Integrated automatic temperature management provides cooling in high-temperature environments and heating in low-temperature environments. This keeps electrical components within a reliable operating range, enhancing stability and long-term reliability—especially in explosion-proof applications.
