Under low-speed heavy-load conditions, the explosion-proof VFD direct-drive PMSM supports S-curve soft start for smoother acceleration and reduced mechanical shock. A wider adjustable start-time range improves on-site commissioning flexibility and startup adaptability.
VFD-based stepless speed control provides higher precision and faster response. Speed and torque can be continuously and finely tuned to meet real-time regulation needs under complex oil & gas field loads.
Compared with traditional motors and transmission solutions, the system does not require liquid oil media, minimizing leakage and contamination risks. Higher efficiency and power factor deliver more measurable energy-saving results.
With corrosion-resistant materials and protective processes, the motor offers stronger high-temperature adaptability, reducing risks of magnet aging and demagnetization and improving long-term reliability in explosion-hazard environments.
