Key Features

Adopts a direct-drive or quasi-direct-drive solution, reducing gear reduction mechanisms and multi-stage coupling components in the traditional drivetrain, significantly lowering mechanical losses and structural redundancy, enabling a higher proportion of electrical energy to be converted into effective output power.
Covers a wide low-speed, high-torque output range with sufficient starting torque and stable acceleration/deceleration response. Well suited for pump station heavy-load start-up and fluctuating operating conditions, improving disturbance resistance and operational reliability.
With the same output capability, the structure is more compact and requires less footprint, facilitating installation and retrofitting in pump stations with limited integration space, reducing construction difficulty and improving layout flexibility.
Designed for upgrading existing pump station systems. Supports adaptation using original foundations and interface conditions, reducing retrofit workload and downtime, making energy-saving upgrades easier to implement and replicate.
Deeply matched with VFD control systems to enable precise regulation of key operating parameters such as speed/torque/pressure, delivering high operating efficiency and strong energy-saving performance, while helping to reduce impacts and extend equipment life.

Product Overview


The direct-drive 3-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor for pump stations is designed to meet the demands of long-cycle continuous operation and frequent operating-condition fluctuations. It emphasizes comprehensive engineering performance featuring “low-speed high-torque, high efficiency, low losses, and reduced maintenance.” By using high-performance permanent magnet materials and optimized electromagnetic design, it can stably deliver high torque even in low-speed ranges, enabling pump station systems to move away from the traditional multi-stage transmission path of “high-speed motor + gearbox,” reducing mechanical losses and failure points, and improving overall system reliability.

In terms of control and operation, the motor can be deeply coupled with a VFD drive system to achieve fine regulation of speed, torque, and key process parameters, meeting pump station control requirements under different heads, different media, and different operating strategies. With excellent efficiency and power factor performance, it effectively reduces reactive power in the line and system heat generation, minimizing energy waste and providing more sustainable energy-saving benefits and more stable power-supply economics for pump stations.
