Key Features

The mixer-dedicated permanent magnet synchronous motor adopts a direct-drive operating mode. Compared with traditional motors, it features a shorter drivetrain, lower energy loss, and higher transmission efficiency—particularly suitable for low-speed heavy-load, long-cycle continuous operation needs on site.
Average noise is below 70 dB, about 15% lower than ordinary motors; vibration is below 1.0 mm/s with lower temperature rise. It remains more stable in long-term operation, significantly improving the working environment and equipment health condition.
Compared with other mixer motor solutions, this series features a more compact and lightweight structure with easier installation. With fewer key components, maintenance workload is reduced, enabling longer cycles of maintenance-free or low-maintenance operation.
In addition to adapting to multiple operating conditions, the product can be compatible with existing reducer installation dimensions and foundation conditions, greatly reducing on-site retrofit difficulty and shutdown-window pressure. It is well suited for energy-saving upgrades of installed equipment.
The motor adopts variable-frequency control. Operating frequency is adjustable with a wide range, delivering high efficiency and excellent energy-saving performance; it also supports soft start and speed-curve optimization to reduce impact and mechanical stress.

Product Overview


The VFD three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor for mixers is developed for mixing applications featuring low speed and high torque, continuous operation, and pronounced process disturbances. Its core goal is to replace the traditional “induction motor + reduction drive chain” solution with higher electrical energy utilization efficiency, lower transmission losses, and reduced maintenance workload, delivering a more reliable and cost-effective drive system. This series adopts high-performance permanent magnet materials and optimized electromagnetic design, allowing the motor to maintain high efficiency, high power factor, and lower temperature rise even under low-speed heavy-load conditions, significantly reducing system energy consumption and reactive power losses.

In terms of structure and reliability, the product integrates systematic design of the stator-rotor magnetic circuit, heat dissipation paths, and mechanical strength, balancing long-cycle continuous operation with adaptability to harsh environments. Meanwhile, key process controls and factory test verification are implemented during manufacturing to ensure consistent performance across different batches. When combined with a VFD control system, it enables soft start, speed-curve optimization, and adaptive adjustment of operating parameters, effectively reducing impact loads and mechanical stress and improving the stability and service life of the entire mixing system.

For retrofit and upgrade scenarios of installed equipment, this series can be compatible with existing installation dimensions and foundation conditions, making retrofit construction simpler and shutdown windows more controllable. While meeting capacity and process requirements, it helps users obtain more direct energy-saving benefits and lower total lifecycle O&M costs.
